About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Employment Law Paralegal for firms in Maidstone and across Kent. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place employment law paralegals throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across the department
- Draft routine correspondence and documents
- Manage file opening, closing and compliance checks
- Track deadlines and key dates
- Deal with client and third party enquiries
- Maintain accurate records throughout
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- Law degree
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
