Our sales desk is recruiting a Financial Services Sales Advisor for an established employer in Dover. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Win new clients through phone business development
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Source and speak to candidates or customers every day

What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Financial services sales, FCA-compliant sales process, Confident on the phone
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
