What you will be doing
- Carry out asbestos management and refurbishment/demolition surveys
- Take samples safely and record findings accurately
- Produce clear survey reports and registers
- Carry out condition surveys, dilapidations and defect diagnosis
- Prepare specifications and schedules of work
- Build good working relationships with clients and site teams
What you need
- Experience in property, fire safety or asbestos surveying
- Fire Risk Assessments to PAS 79, IFE or IFSM registration, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and Building Safety Act knowledge
- Able to manage your own diary
- Professional and client-facing
- Right to work in the UK
