About this role
We are looking for a Insurance Sales Advisor to join one of our clients in Merthyr Tydfil. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Merthyr Tudful – Merthyr Tydfil for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Handle enquiries and build relationships with customers
- Understand needs and match them to the right product or property
- Arrange viewings, test drives, demos or appointments

What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Insurance sales, FCA-compliant sales process, Confident on the phone
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
