About this role
Our Wokingham clients have a standing need for a Matrimonial Finance Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Wokingham. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of family matters including divorce and finance
- Advise clients sensitively and clearly on their options
- Prepare court documentation and attend hearings where required
- Draft applications, statements and correspondence
- Work within Legal Aid requirements where applicable
- Meet billing and file management standards
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted, Resolution member desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
