About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a New Build Conveyancer for firms in Bognor Regis and across West Sussex. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place new build conveyancers throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Carry out searches, raise and reply to enquiries
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other side
- Maintain files in line with CQS and firm procedures
- Meet agreed billing and completion targets
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- New build plot sales experience
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
