We have ongoing requirements for a Recruitment Consultant in Trowbridge. Our Wiltshire clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Handle enquiries and build relationships with customers
- Understand needs and match them to the right product or property
- Arrange viewings, test drives, demos or appointments
- Negotiate and close sales
- Keep records and the pipeline up to date
- Hit monthly sales and commission targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Business development on the phone, Candidate sourcing, Target-driven
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
