Our Cambridgeshire clients have a standing need for a Road Traffic Accident Fee Earner, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Cambridge. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Handle RTA, EL and PL claims from instruction to conclusion
- Draft letters of claim, schedules and witness statements
- Instruct experts and counsel as required
- Advise clients clearly on progress and prospects
- Maintain accurate case management records
- Achieve agreed settlement and billing targets
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- RTA portal experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
