About this role
We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join one of our clients in Dudley. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across West Midlands for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Prospect into target accounts by phone and email
- Run discovery calls to understand needs and timelines
- Book qualified meetings for account executives
- Keep the pipeline clean and accurate in the CRM
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns
- Learn the product and the market to progress into a closing role
What you need
- Proven background as a telemarketing executive, or strong transferable sales skills
- Confident cold calling, Diary management, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
