About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Wills and Probate Solicitor in Brighton. Our The City of Brighton and Hove clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Handle estate administration from start to finish
- Prepare IHT forms and apply for grants of probate
- Deal with asset realisation and distribution
- Communicate with beneficiaries clearly and sensitively
- Keep accurate estate accounts
- Meet billing and file review requirements
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted or CILEX
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
