About this role
Our Yorkshire and the Humber clients have a standing need for Mechanical Pipefitter, and we are actively registering candidates who can work in and around Keighley. Good tradespeople in this area do not stay available long, so we keep a live list.
What you will be doing
- Service, repair and replace domestic boilers and heating systems
- Carry out gas safety checks and issue certification
- Diagnose faults on a range of appliance types
- Advise customers clearly on works required
- Maintain full and accurate job records
- Keep van stock and calibration up to date
What you need
- Proven experience working as a mechanical pipefitter
- NVQ Level 3, CSCS
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Right to work in the UK
