About this role

Focus Recruitment is recruiting Domestic Gas Engineer for work across Kendal and the surrounding Westmorland and Furness area. We work with contractors, facilities providers and housing groups who hire continuously in this region, so we place domestic gas engineer year-round rather than on one-off adverts.

What you will be doing

Install and commission plumbing and heating systems
Carry out first fix and second fix pipework
Install boilers, cylinders and associated controls
Pressure test, flush and commission systems
Complete all required certification and paperwork
Work to RAMS and site safety requirements

What you need

Relevant plumbing or mechanical qualification
Gas Safe, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
Ability to work to drawings and specifications
Own hand tools and appropriate PPE
Right to work in the UK
