About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Landlord and Tenant Solicitor for firms in Preston and across Lancashire. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place landlord and tenant solicitors throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Take responsibility for a caseload with minimal supervision
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to departmental targets and business development
- Supervise or support junior colleagues
- Maintain technical knowledge and CPD
- Uphold the firm’s compliance and risk procedures
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
