Our sales desk is recruiting a Insurance Sales Advisor for an established employer in Leeds. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Handle enquiries and build relationships with customers
- Understand needs and match them to the right product or property
- Arrange viewings, test drives, demos or appointments
- Negotiate and close sales
- Keep records and the pipeline up to date
- Hit monthly sales and commission targets
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Insurance sales, FCA-compliant sales process, Confident on the phone
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
