About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Legal Receptionist in Port Talbot. Our Castell-nedd Port Talbot – Neath Port Talbot clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across the department
- Draft routine correspondence and documents
- Manage file opening, closing and compliance checks
- Track deadlines and key dates
- Deal with client and third party enquiries
- Maintain accurate records throughout
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- Front of house experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
