About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Licensed Conveyancer for clients in Cardiff. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Caerdydd – Cardiff for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Carry out searches, raise and reply to enquiries
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other side
- Maintain files in line with CQS and firm procedures
- Meet agreed billing and completion targets
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- CLC licensed
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
