About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Private Client Paralegal for firms in Liverpool and across North West. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place private client paralegals throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Support private client fee earners with a varied caseload
- Draft wills, LPAs and basic trust documents
- Prepare probate applications and supporting schedules
- Handle client correspondence and enquiries
- Maintain the case management system
- Assist with file opening and compliance checks
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- Law degree
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
