About this role
We recruit Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for contractors and maintenance providers working throughout Grays and the wider Thurrock region. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering with us puts you in front of several clients at once.
What you will be doing
- Carry out bathroom and kitchen installations to a high finish
- Complete first fix and second fix pipework
- Install sanitaryware, showers and associated fittings
- Test, commission and make good
- Work cleanly and respectfully in occupied properties
- Report variations and defects promptly
What you need
- Proven experience working as a mechanical maintenance engineer
- NVQ Level 3
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Right to work in the UK
