About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting Mechanical Project Manager for work across York and the surrounding York area. We work with contractors, facilities providers and housing groups who hire continuously in this region, so we place mechanical project manager year-round rather than on one-off adverts.
What you will be doing
- Install and maintain commercial pipework systems
- Work from drawings and specifications
- Carry out pressure testing and commissioning
- Support snagging and handover
- Complete test records and O and M information
- Follow permit to work procedures on site
What you need
- Time served or formally qualified in plumbing and heating
- SMSTS, HNC or Degree
- Comfortable completing certification and job records
- Full UK driving licence preferred for mobile roles
- Right to work in the UK
