About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Medical Negligence Solicitor in Scarborough. Our North Yorkshire clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Handle RTA, EL and PL claims from instruction to conclusion
- Draft letters of claim, schedules and witness statements
- Instruct experts and counsel as required
- Advise clients clearly on progress and prospects
- Maintain accurate case management records
- Achieve agreed settlement and billing targets
What you need
- Proven experience as a medical negligence solicitor
- SRA admitted
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
