About this role
Our South Lanarkshire clients have a standing need for a Medical Negligence Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Hamilton. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage clinical negligence or serious injury matters
- Investigate liability including expert evidence
- Prepare detailed schedules of loss
- Work closely with clients over the life of a claim
- Instruct and liaise with counsel
- Maintain strict limitation and file discipline
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
