Our sales desk is recruiting a Trade Counter Sales Advisor for an established employer in Middlesbrough. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Greet customers and understand what they need
- Demonstrate products and explain the benefits
- Offer finance, add-ons or service plans where suitable
- Complete sales paperwork accurately
- Follow up customers after the sale
- Contribute to team and individual sales targets
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Trade counter or merchant experience, Product knowledge, Customer service
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
