About this role
We are looking for a National Account Manager to join one of our clients in Sheffield. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Yorkshire and the Humber for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Build strong relationships with key contacts
- Run regular account reviews by phone and in person
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Resolve issues and protect revenue
- Report on account performance and growth
What you need
- Proven background as a national account manager, or strong transferable sales skills
- National account management, Commercial negotiation, Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
