Focus Recruitment places New Build Conveyancers with law firms throughout Southend-on-Sea and the wider Southend-on-Sea area. Our legal desk works directly with practice managers and partners, so we can tell you what a firm is genuinely like before you interview.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy conveyancing team
- Open files, order searches and chase enquiries
- Prepare completion statements and post-completion tasks
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Keep clients and agents updated on progress
- Maintain accurate file records
What you need
- Proven experience as a new build conveyancer
- New build plot sales experience
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
