About this role
Our Cambridgeshire clients have a standing need for a New Build Conveyancer, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Huntingdon. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Run your own caseload with support from an assistant
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build where required
- Report to clients clearly on title and searches
- Manage exchange and completion processes
- Keep the case management system fully up to date
- Contribute to the firm’s referrer relationships
What you need
- Proven experience as a new build conveyancer
- New build plot sales experience
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
