About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Licensed Conveyancer for firms in Northampton and across West Northamptonshire. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place licensed conveyancers throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy conveyancing team
- Open files, order searches and chase enquiries
- Prepare completion statements and post-completion tasks
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Keep clients and agents updated on progress
- Maintain accurate file records
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- CLC licensed
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
