About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Telesales Executive for employers in Pontypridd and across Rhondda Cynon Taf – Rhondda Cynon Taf. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and web chat
- Turn enquiries into sales with a consultative approach
- Arrange renewals and repeat orders with existing customers
- Record activity and pipeline on the CRM
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Take part in call coaching and product training
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Confident on the phone, Target-driven, CRM experience
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
