About this role

We have ongoing requirements for a Private Client Paralegal in Woking. Our Surrey clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.

What you will be doing

  • Advise on trusts, estate planning and Court of Protection matters
  • Draft and review complex documentation
  • Work with financial advisers and accountants
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Maintain technical knowledge and CPD
  • Support business development in the department

What you need

  • Recent experience in a UK law firm
  • Law degree
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
  • Right to work in the UK
