About this role
Focus Recruitment places Private Client Solicitors with law firms throughout Chatham and the wider Medway area. Our legal desk works directly with practice managers and partners, so we can tell you what a firm is genuinely like before you interview.
What you will be doing
- Handle estate administration from start to finish
- Prepare IHT forms and apply for grants of probate
- Deal with asset realisation and distribution
- Communicate with beneficiaries clearly and sensitively
- Keep accurate estate accounts
- Meet billing and file review requirements
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted, STEP desirable
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
