What you will be doing
- Meet and greet visitors and manage the reception area
- Operate the switchboard and direct calls appropriately
- Book meeting rooms and manage room set-up
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintain visitor records and security procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the team
What you need
- Recent experience in an office or commercial setting
- Switchboard, Visitor management, Microsoft 365
- Good IT skills and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Right to work in the UK
