About this role
Our Bath and North East Somerset clients have a standing need for a Receptionist, and we are registering candidates available in and around Bath. Full-time, part-time and hybrid options are available.
What you will be doing
- Answer and transfer a high volume of calls professionally
- Register patients or clients on the system accurately
- Handle appointment bookings, changes and cancellations
- Deal with enquiries in person and by telephone
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality at all times
- Support colleagues during busy periods
What you need
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Switchboard, Visitor management, Microsoft 365
- Confident communicator, written and verbal
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Right to work in the UK
