About this role
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join one of our clients in Newport. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Middlesbrough for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Manage a territory of trade and business customers
- Plan regular account visits and reviews
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Resolve customer issues quickly
- Attend trade events and exhibitions
- Forecast monthly sales accurately
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Full UK driving licence, Managing a regional team, B2B sales
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
