We have ongoing requirements for a Remortgage Case Handler in Chichester. Our West Sussex clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Carry out searches, raise and reply to enquiries
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other side
- Maintain files in line with CQS and firm procedures
- Meet agreed billing and completion targets
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- Remortgage caseload experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
