About this role
We are looking for a Renewals Specialist to join one of our clients in Ramsgate. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Kent for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and chat
- Turn service calls into sales opportunities
- Resolve complaints first time where possible
- Book appointments and follow-up calls
- Work to clear service level agreements
- Share customer feedback with the team
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Renewals and retention, Excellent phone manner, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
