About this role

Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal for firms in Ayr and across South Ayrshire. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place residential conveyancing paralegals throughout the year.

What you will be doing

Support fee earners across a busy conveyancing team
Open files, order searches and chase enquiries
Prepare completion statements and post-completion tasks
Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
Keep clients and agents updated on progress
Maintain accurate file records

What you need

Background in a comparable legal role
Law degree or CILEX part-qualified
Comfortable using case management systems
Discreet and professional with confidential matters
Right to work in the UK
