About this role
We recruit Residential Conveyancing Solicitors for practices operating throughout Kirkcaldy and Fife. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Carry out searches, raise and reply to enquiries
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other side
- Maintain files in line with CQS and firm procedures
- Meet agreed billing and completion targets
What you need
- Proven experience as a residential conveyancing solicitor
- SRA admitted, 2+ years PQE
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
