About this role
We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join one of our clients in Great Yarmouth. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Norfolk for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Handle enquiries and build relationships with customers
- Understand needs and match them to the right product or property
- Arrange viewings, test drives, demos or appointments
- Negotiate and close sales
- Keep records and the pipeline up to date
- Hit monthly sales and commission targets
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Customer service, Till and stock handling, Friendly and confident
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
