Our sales desk is recruiting a Sales Operations Manager for an established employer in Nottingham. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Manage day-to-day sales floor activity
- Track call volumes, conversion and quality
- Coach new starters through their first months
- Spot top performers and develop them
- Make sure every sale follows compliance rules
- Prepare weekly reports for the management team

- Sales experience in a similar role
- Sales operations, CRM and reporting, Process improvement
- Motivated by targets and commission
