Focus Recruitment places Senior Associate Solicitors with law firms throughout Grays and the wider Thurrock area. Our legal desk works directly with practice managers and partners, so we can tell you what a firm is genuinely like before you interview.
What you will be doing
- Manage your own caseload of matters from instruction to conclusion
- Advise clients clearly on options, risk and costs
- Draft correspondence, documentation and applications
- Liaise with other side, counsel and third parties
- Maintain files to SRA and firm compliance standards
- Meet agreed billing and chargeable hours targets
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted, 6+ years PQE
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
