About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Bolton. Our North West clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Win new clients through phone business development
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Source and speak to candidates or customers every day
- Negotiate fees, prices or terms
- Use the CRM to track activity and opportunities
- Build a pipeline that grows your monthly earnings
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Recruitment billing track record, Business development, Client management
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
