About this role
Focus Recruitment places Service and Breakdown Engineer with established contractors operating in Weston-super-Mare and across North Somerset. Work is available on a regular basis, and our consultants know the sites, the rates and the site managers in this area.
What you will be doing
- Maintain mechanical plant and building services systems
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to reactive breakdowns within SLA
- Complete job sheets and asset records
- Support statutory inspection schedules
- Escalate significant defects appropriately
What you need
- Time served or formally qualified in plumbing and heating
- Gas Safe, ACS
- Comfortable completing certification and job records
- Full UK driving licence preferred for mobile roles
- Right to work in the UK
