About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting Social Housing Electrician for work across Colwyn Bay and the surrounding Conwy – Conwy area. We work with contractors, facilities providers and housing groups who hire continuously in this region, so we place social housing electrician year-round rather than on one-off adverts.
What you will be doing
- Carry out installation work to BS7671 on commercial and domestic sites
- Run containment, tray, basket and trunking as required
- Terminate SWA, LSF and standard wiring systems
- Complete first fix and second fix to programme
- Fill in test sheets and certification accurately
- Work to RAMS and site safety requirements
What you need
- Time served or formally qualified in electrical installation
- 18th Edition, DBS, 2391 desirable
- Comfortable completing test and certification paperwork
- Full UK driving licence preferred for mobile roles
- Right to work in the UK
