About this role
Focus Recruitment places Social Housing Plumber with established contractors operating in Scarborough and across North Yorkshire. Work is available on a regular basis, and our consultants know the sites, the rates and the site managers in this area.
What you will be doing
- Carry out bathroom and kitchen installations to a high finish
- Complete first fix and second fix pipework
- Install sanitaryware, showers and associated fittings
- Test, commission and make good
- Work cleanly and respectfully in occupied properties
- Report variations and defects promptly
What you need
- Relevant plumbing or mechanical qualification
- NVQ Level 2, DBS, Gas Safe desirable
- Ability to work to drawings and specifications
- Own hand tools and appropriate PPE
- Right to work in the UK
