About this role
We are looking for a Software Sales Executive to join one of our clients in Oxford. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Oxfordshire for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Open new accounts across an assigned territory or sector
- Qualify opportunities and manage a structured sales process
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within guidelines
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Share insights with marketing and product teams
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Software or SaaS sales, Consultative selling, CRM experience
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
