What you will be doing
- Attend planned and reactive call-outs across the patch
- Diagnose and repair heating and plumbing faults
- Carry out annual services and safety checks
- Keep accurate job records and van stock
- Communicate clearly with clients and tenants
- Work to appointment times and response targets
What you need
- Proven experience working as a mechanical pipefitter
- NVQ Level 3, CSCS
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Right to work in the UK
