About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Road Traffic Accident Fee Earner for firms in Swindon and across Swindon. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place road traffic accident fee earners throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy PI department
- Open files and carry out initial client interviews
- Obtain records, evidence and medical reports
- Draft routine correspondence and court forms
- Keep the case management system current
- Assist with costs schedules
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- RTA portal experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
