About this role
We are looking for a Telephone Fundraiser to join one of our clients in Luton. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Luton for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and web chat
- Turn enquiries into sales with a consultative approach
- Arrange renewals and repeat orders with existing customers
- Record activity and pipeline on the CRM
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Take part in call coaching and product training
What you need
