If you are a Environmental Impact Assessment Consultant based in or near Telford, we would like to hear from you. Our Telford and Wrekin clients have a steady flow of planning-led projects and need specialists who can deliver robust, defensible assessments to deadline.
What you will be doing
- Prepare planning applications, Planning Statements and Design and Access Statements
- Coordinate specialist assessments from the consultant team
- Lead pre-application discussions with local planning authorities
- Manage planning appeals and conditions discharge
- Monitor local plans and policy changes
- Present at public consultation events
What you need
- Relevant degree in planning or environmental management
- EIA screening, scoping and Environmental Statements, Coordinating technical specialists, IEMA membership
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience of planning applications and appeals
- Right to work in the UK
