About this role
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join one of our clients in Redditch. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Worcestershire for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Visit customers and prospects across your territory
- Present products face to face and close sales
- Plan your diary to maximise time with customers
- Build relationships with key decision makers
- Record visits and orders on the CRM
- Hit monthly sales and visit targets
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Full UK driving licence, Face-to-face sales, Territory planning
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
