About this role
Focus Recruitment places Commercial Plumber with established contractors operating in Torquay and across Torbay. Work is available on a regular basis, and our consultants know the sites, the rates and the site managers in this area.
What you will be doing
- Install and maintain commercial pipework systems
- Work from drawings and specifications
- Carry out pressure testing and commissioning
- Support snagging and handover
- Complete test records and O and M information
- Follow permit to work procedures on site
What you need
- Proven experience working as a commercial plumber
- NVQ Level 3, CSCS
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Right to work in the UK
